DESCRIPTION

Due to poor soil properties, high water table and project site located adjacent to the inland waterway, there was a need by the Consultants to provide a permanent solution to possible water ingress and deterioration of concrete foundation/basement. Installation of “mechanical bonding” structural waterproofing was specified for the basement.
