CEMproof CEM 805 is a one-component, odourless adhesive/sealant that is resistant to weathering and reacts with atmospheric moisture to form an elastic seal.

Areas of Application
- Sealing and bonding of interior and exterior joints in the metal, roofing, glass and caravan industry,
- Suited for plain concrete structures, metal, wood, plaster, gypsum, ceramics and various plastics as well as for anodized steel and aluminium. For bonding natural stones please confirm with BPA and carry out tests prior to application.
- Do not use on bitumen, tar or coatings causing incompatibilities and bleeding/staining particularly suited for objects that require silicone-free bonding and sealing.
Application
- Adhesion surfaces must be dry, sound, free of dust, release agents and coatings inimical to adhesion.
- Adhesion is excellent on many substrates without primer.
- Do not use primer on glass and glazed surfaces. On absorbent substrates a primer may optimize sealant adhesion.
- Please note that flat bonds of less absorbent substrates take longer to cure.
