Basic Use

Fibre Patch Grout ST is used in grouting applications and in concrete and masonry repair. It is an excellent product for grouting anchors.

Composition and Materials

A cement based, microsilica enhanced composition. The mate-rial is fluid, pumpable and exhibits an excellent bond to clean, structurally sound concrete.

Limitations

Do not apply Fibre Patch Grout ST when the temperature is ex-pected to be below 4oC (40oF) within 48 hours after application.

Health and Safety

Fibre Patch Grout ST is nontoxic. Your skin might be sensitive to hydraulic cement. We recommend use of rubber gloves. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. If contact occurs, flush immediately with water.

Yield

Fibre Patch Grout ST when mixed with cement and sand yields 2.65 ft3 (0.075m3 premix when mixed with water yields 0.46 ft3 (13 L).

Packaging

Fibre Patch Grout ST is suppllied as a concentrate in 22 lbs (10kg) bags. Fibre Patch Grout ST is also supplied as complete premix containing sand and cement in 50 lbs (22.7 kg) bags.

Storage and Transportation

Fibre Patch Grout ST when stored on pallets in a dry, cool area, has a shelf-life of 12 months.
