DESCRIPTION:
SAT KLEBEN is a two component product based in epoxy resins and hardeners, predosed inside the cartridge where they are mixed when the extrusion and applied by injection for fixing and quick and durable anchorages of rods, screws, steel bars, etc. in a large range of materials such as stone, concrete, brick, granite, marble, etc. Its use allows anchorages in short time even with low environmental temperatures.
APPLICATION FIELD:
Quick and durable fixing of anchorages of screws, steel bars and rods in concrete, stone, brick, marble, etc.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface must be dry and clean of grease, oil, loose particles, dust or any other pollutant. Drill according to the diameter of the element to be anchored (picture 1). Once made the drill, clean perfectly the hole of rests of material and powder, with the help of a cylindrical whisk and pressured air (pictures 2 and 3). The diameter and the depth depend on the diameter of the rod or corrugated bar.
